ORDERING

When you order on line over our secured server, you will receive an email confirmation and I will start your custom Equi-Energy Gems Mala Bracelet.  Within two weeks you will receive another email confirmation upon shipping of your order with your USPS tracking number.

SIZING

Equi-Energy Gem Mala Bracelets are meant to fit comfortably snug to your wrist and are available in three sizes as well as any other custom variation.  You can email me with your wrist measurement for a custom fit.  See our sizing page for more info.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Equi-Energy Gems order with 14 days of receipt for a refund less the shipping. We ask that any Equi-Energy Gems that are returned to please be in it's original condition, unworn and with tags attached and in the included pouch.  Worn merchandise will not be accepted.  Be sure to include your name, phone, shipping and email address.  We cannot be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return processing may take up to 5 business days.

All Custom sizes and sale items are FINAL SALE.

REPAIRS

Each and every Equi-Energy Gems Mala Bracelet is custom handmade with care in the USA.  I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will repair and /or adjust sizing for the perfect fit within 14 days of receipt.  Be sure to include your name, shipping address, email address and phone number.  I will repair within 7 days and return to you.

CARE

We do not recommend riding, swimming or bathing with your Equi-Energy Gems.  They are gentle wear care pieces and should be treated as fine pieces of jewelry.  Should your gems need to be cleaned, we suggest using a little bit of liquid dish detergent mixed with luke warm water on a damp cloth.  Air dry.
